Its mission is to provide high quality teacher training and education for new recruits and more seasoned practitioners. Job Description
The Account Manager will work in collaboration with BISE senior management team to secure deals, maintain excellent customer relationships and to ensure quality service to our partner schools. This is a full-time role based in BISE Beijing office but some flexibility and willingness to travel will be required.
We are looking for someone who has deep interest in education sector, understands sales/business development environment and ideally has some previous experience in managing operations or projects.
The project you will be working on is relatively new, so you will be expected to contribute in different areas, however, the main focus will be on developing new business, onboarding partnerships and assisting with the operational delivery and project management. You will be someone who is confident in front of all level’s stakeholders, a great communicator and display consistent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute company’s business development strategy and generate new business.
- Act as the point of contact for all assigned associate schools.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the assigned accounts.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure the BISE programmes are delivered as agreed and assist with the logistics of the delivery.
- Communicate client needs, feedback and requests to BISE and ensure these are met within the scope of the business offering.
- Keep track of and analyse sales and account performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure consistent service.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience
- Proven Account Management or similar relevant experience
- Knowledge of British and Chinese education systems.
- At least 3 years working experience in education related business.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Solid ICT skills and comfortable using data bases, spreadsheets, power point etc.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese both writing and speaking.

- Operations or Project Management experience

- 贯彻执行公司的业务拓展战略,制定推广计划并实施;
- 协助团队跟进已有项目,及时对合作方质量及效果做出反馈,跟进项目开展情况;
- 根据团队业务需求独立开拓目标客户,组织并落实渠道开发和维护,维护合作伙伴之间的日常沟通;
- 分析客户需求及市场现状,并及时跟进分析销售及合作方数据,对产品及流程的优化与业务拓展提供建议;
- 与团队其他部门合作确保为合作方提供高质量的服务。
任职要求:
- 本科以上学历,教育行业3年以上相关经验;
- 热爱教育行业,并深入了解中英教育体系;
- 学习能力强,有敏锐的市场洞察力,丰富的渠道拓展及客户管理经验;
- 优秀的项目组织、策划、协调及谈判能力;
- 优秀的数据统计、分析能力(熟练运用数据分析工具,熟练使用常用办公软件如MS Excel,PPT),并能够从数据中发现并解决问题;
- 具有高度的工作热情和责任感,具有良好的团队协作精神;
- 书面口语双语沟通能力;
- 有BD商务谈判、合作、市场推广等方面工作经验者优先;
- 有学校资源者优先。
